1.1. AJL Group sp. z o.o. is committed to protecting the privacy of customers and processing their personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy.
1.2. Personal data provided by customers is used solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing services. They are not shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent, unless required by applicable law.

Guarantee of service quality
2.1. AJL Group sp. z o.o. guarantees that the services provided, such as online file reworking (chiptuning), will be performed as described and will meet customers’ expectations in terms of functionality.
2.2. In case of non-conformity or defectiveness of the service, the customer has the right to file a complaint within the specified period.
2.3. AJL Group sp. z o.o. will take measures to repair or redo the service, or if these conditions cannot be met, will refund the customer the full amount paid for the service.

Responsibility for the technical condition of the vehicle
3.1. AJL Group sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the technical condition of the vehicle to which the online file modification (chiptuning) service is to be applied.
3.2. The person ordering the modification should be aware of the technical condition of the vehicle in question and realize that the operation of the files can only be correct if the vehicle is fully mechanically sound.
3.3. Files provided by AJL Group sp. z o.o. were tested on a dynamometer and earlier in practice. However, the final results and performance of the files depend on the individual technical conditions of the specific vehicle.
3.4. AJL Group sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for malfunctioning files in case the vehicle is not fully mechanically operational.

Complaints
4.1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in case of non-compliance or defectiveness of the service provided by AJL Group sp. z o.o.
4.2. The complaint must be made within a certain period of time from the performance of the service.
4.3. AJL Group sp. z o.o. undertakes to consider the complaint within the specified period of time and inform the customer of the outcome of the proceedings.

Security of transactions
5.1. AJL Group sp. z o.o. takes all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of transactions and protection of customer data.
5.2. Transmission of personal data and payment processing are carried out using secure protocols and data encryption.

Changes in company policy
6.1. AJL Group sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the company’s policies.
6.2. Updates to the company’s policy will be published on the website, and changes will take effect from the date of publication.
